Once upon a time I had no kids and a food blog called Carpé Season. Each week, I made good food and took pictures of it and explored what it means to eat seasonally. I loved the work, the people I connected with, and obviously all of the carbs. But then I had two of my babies, and not only did I no longer have time to kill, but I also had laundry piling up to my waist in every room of my house. So I stopped blogging, and turned Carpé Season into an archive of things I love to eat and recipes to refer to. Because the blog is no longer active, parts of it are a little janky.
